About the role

In the role of the OTC Team Lead, you will be part of the new team who builds the Shared Services Centre in Delhi; transitioning the existing processes into the Centre and being responsible for delivery of OTC processes for the company.



Minimum of three years’ experience as a Order-to-Cash supervisor in international environment

Experience in daily running of operations in at least one of AR processes: cash application, cash collection/disputes, credit management

Perfect understanding of Order-to-Cash related accountancy practices, financial controls and compliance obligations/audit requirements

Ability to collaborate with, communicate and manage stakeholders at various levels of the company

Business partnering experience with a different level of stakeholders

Strong leadership skills

Transition experience including writing and updating procedures, process maps

Commitment to service excellence, process improvements and automation

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent understanding of SAP AR module; knowledge of other SAP modules would be an asset

Fluency in English – additional European language(s) would be an asset




Leading and developing the delivery team in line with company priorities and the scope of services assigned

Regular reporting on service delivery and handling escalations

Actively participating in process transition to Shared services centre.

Responsibility for the performance and development of the team from setting objectives through mid-year and annual review

Motivating, developing and coaching team members to achieve best results
