Responsibility

• Configuring security policy on Checkpoint firewall to meet the company's network security requirement • Installation/administration of Checkpoint firewall including First Time Setup • Good understanding of ZPA, ZIA. • Troubleshooting network issues, Performed Packet level capture on Firewall and troubleshooting done using packet captures also attended P1 & P2 calls • Team mailbox management to respond to technical queries through email, Incident management, and change management • Responding to Incidents for first and second-level support using ticketing tools and following the ITIL process.

Qualification

• Checkpoint Firewall - Appliance and Virtualized. • Zscaler Private Access and Zscaler Internet Access • F5 WAF • AWS Cloud knowledge including WAF • Good Knowledge on Cisco Routing and switching • Good troubleshooting skills
