Job Description:

As a part of the headquarter controlling team, supports Head Group Controlling with analysis and in the planning processes. Additionally, be responsible for the Group reporting tool, Tagetik, ensuring timely reporting and closing activities and being an integral part of the medmix planning process and the headquarter controlling team.

Responsibilities:

Headquarter Controller

1. Runs sanity checks in monthly closing process with focus on all KPIs: Order Intake, Sales, Order backlog, Gross Margin, OPEX, Adj EBITDA, ONCF, FCF.
2. Runs monthly Financial standard analysis with focus on all KPIs: Order Intake, Sales, Order backlog, Gross Margin, OPEX, Adj EBITDA, ONCF, FCF.
3. Responsible for the monthly closing and reporting activities of medmix Group.
4. Runs sanity checks and analysis of Rolling Forecast data
5. Supports creation of medmix MIS packages, including commentary on key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
6. Adhoc analysis in the medmix financial reporting system.
7. Drives the medmix Budget process, creating reports for data from the medmix Financial Reporting system (Excel & PowerPoint), supporting the Head Group Controlling on a seamless running of the budget cycle.
8. Supports up-date of 5 Year-Plan
9. Controlling co-owner of the Group reporting tool, Tagetik. Drives automatization of reports (Tagetik)
10. Runs or supports special finance projects.
11. Supports Segment and legal entity controlling teams, acting as first point of contact for controlling issues.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Work experience: 3-5 years in a comparable position, with a total of 7-10 years of experience across FP&A/ controlling functions.

Expertise (e.g. professional, technical):  Master’s degree in finance and accounting

Education: Level:  Master’s Degree/ CA/ MBA Subject: Accounting / Finance

Languages: English, Hindi

Soft skills:  Ability to work in an international matrix organization; high service mentality; team-player

Other: Strong Excel and PowerPoint expertise; good analytical skills; ideally SAP knowledge; ideally experience      in budget processes; High interest in Business application tools
