Job Description:
- Leads Class 1 and Class 2 engineering change execution.
- Identifies and addresses project problems and recommends resolutions to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Facilitates project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
- Supports the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Tracks progress, identifies and resolves obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules to ensure smooth project operations.
- Supports in the preparation of status and technical content to CIPT and management.
- Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to optimize performance and increase efficiency of work.
- Work closely with IPT members and authorities on hardware field investigations to drive root cause and recommend product improvements.
- Maintains and presents plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the projects to track progress and ensure that established targets are met.
- Support in the execution of risks assessments and mitigation plans.
- Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences.
- Actively participate in initiatives for continuous improvement using ACE tools and support AS9100 efforts.
