Job Title: Key Account Manager- Drug Delivery

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar field.

Skillsets: CRM, background in Medical, Pharma, Bio or Injectable devices.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  •          Take over the responsibility for the needs and interests of one or more key customers. Act as direct point of contact for the company's key customers and coordinate all activities of the key accounts, manage internal and external communication processes, advise customers on process optimization, and assist with strategy and future planning. 
  •          Utilize customer's wishes and interests and ensure a mutually beneficial collaboration. 
  •          Act as a liaison between the customer's Buying Centre and internal stakeholders to ensure a balanced and growth-oriented customer relation. 
  •          Extend the business with new customer tailored solutions in already existing business areas and/or adding new solutions. 
  •          Coordinate all activities of the key accounts, manage internal and external communication processes, advise customers on process optimization, and assist with strategy and future planning. 

Qualifications:

  •          Business degree or training with corresponding technical understanding. 
  •          Knowledge of medical technology and/or pharmaceutical industry in the area of drug delivery systems is an advantage. 
  •          Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position. 
  •          Commercial understanding and sales experience in B2B business. 
  •          Strong experience in international business relationships. 
  •          Experience in multicultural matrix team structures and should act as a team player with high social competence and empathy. 
  •          A self-driven, customer-oriented mindset will support the success of the candidate. 
  •          Language profile: Fluent in English; another language is a plus. 
  •          Proficient in Microsoft suite & SF.com: Proficient experience in the Microsoft suite and feel comfortable using the CRM system salesforce.com.
