Role - Pre-sales – Global Business Solutions

Basic Functions

The primary focus of this role is to generate leads through inbound and outbound calls position our Solutions and setup the first level meetings for our sales Managers. This includes the identification & evaluation of new/potential sales opportunities, assessment of incoming sales leads, and identification of decision makers at prospects related to the purchase of services and solutions sold by the Kelly.

· Outbound Leads: Working off a script, contact the client company by making “cold calls” and/or follow-up calls to assess the size, scope and appropriate contact for the opportunity

· Inbound Leads: Evaluate the incoming sales opportunities and screen them for fitment to setup the meeting with the sales Manager. Provide sales team with client briefings needed to pursue the opportunity based on Lead Management Process

· Referrals / Webinar Leads / Purchased Lists: Follow-up to develop prospective sales leads and determine if contact is buyer, place in buying cycle, and potential solution

· Research: Map companies from Targeted industries/locations and build your potential client database to run campaigns and cold calling.

· Solutions: Gain clear understanding of Kelly’s service offerings and the areas we are differentiated in the marketplace. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities as you speak with leads or existing clients

· Documentation: Ensure contact information is documented appropriately in CRM

Mandatory Skills:

· Minimum years of experience required: 3-5 years in similar industry

· Strong experience in mapping companies and contacts

· Excellent communication skills

· Hands on experience in cold calling is preferred.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Any)
