Job description:
We are seeking a front-end developer who is ready to work with modern technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that is always pushing boundaries. The ideal candidate has experience building products across the stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs etc.
Roles and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
- Develop prototypes for new product capabilities
- Design and develop optimal solutions using configurations and customization
- Understand and follow coding conventions, architectures, and best practices
- Work closely with backend development teams on API design and integration
- Undertake work in the backlog and commit to quality delivery
- Optimize code continuously to improve quality, maintainability, and performance
- Contribute to agile ceremonies to improve team performance i.e., daily stand-up, grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Builds strong relationships with cross-functional team members and external teams
Education, Experience, & Skills Required:
- Min 2+ years of experience in an engineering role (bachelor's degree or equivalent)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, SCSS or any CSS Frameworks
- Thorough understanding of React, React router etc.
- Knowledge of SEO, Accessibility, and integrating Analytics with React applications
- Experience in writing Unit test cases with maximum code coverage
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Excellent debugging and optimization skills
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Experience working with AWS services like lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3, CloudFront etc. is a plus
