Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, analytics hiring, and stakeholder management.

 

Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Activities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across analytics functions such as Risk, Audit, and related domains.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, engaging effectively with hiring managers and business partners.
  • Liaise between hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and structured hiring process.
  • Prepare and present market insights for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Utilize strong data management skills to maintain accurate hiring dashboards and reports.
  • Support pipeline development by closely collaborating with recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.

 

 

 

Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong experience in analytics hiring (Risk, Audit, Data roles, niche analytical positions).
  • Exposure to leadership hiring is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong capability in preparing and presenting market insights for specialized roles.
  • Good data management skills with ability to interpret and maintain hiring metrics.
