- Build the required content in SharePoint or any other identified tool covering design, functionality, and content.

- Configure and customize tools to align with group services processes and user needs.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights for the tools, ensuring security and data integrity. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Provide user support and training on tool functionalities to enable effective usage. Address user inquiries and technical issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Coordinate tool upgrades and maintenance activities in collaboration with IT and vendor partners.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: - Maintain comprehensive documentation of tool configurations, processes, and support procedures.
- Share knowledge and best practices with users to enhance tool utilization.
Individual Development: - Participate in cross-functional projects related to compliance and risk management.
- Seek professional growth to stay informed about knowledge management tools and techniques
What experience, skills and qualifications are required: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience as a developer of industry standard knowledge tools such as SharePoint.
- System administrator, specializing in industry-standard BPM tools and training aids.
- Prior experience preferred in the Shared Services domain.
- Proficiency in graphic / web design with hands on development of interactive / user friendly content.
- Experience in managing content design and interactive training tool (audio visual based)
- Understanding of incident management, swiftly identifying, and resolving tool-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Solid expertise in user access provisioning, ensuring data security and appropriate role-based access.
- Strong grasp of configuration management principles, making necessary adjustments to optimize tool performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide timely and effective first-level support to end-users.
- Experience conducting training sessions to educate users on BPM tool functionalities and best practices.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in BPM tools and related technologies.
