Our Infrastructure Endpoint Engineer is accountable for:

  • Managing and improving the endpoint management platform
  • Ensure solutions are tested, easy to maintain, and optimized to improve device performance and user experience.
  • Identify and solve risks related to endpoints, ensuring proactive and effective issue management. 
  • Ensure compliance with security standards.


Experience:


    • 3-5 years of experience in IT support or endpoint management.
    • Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), or similar tools.
    • Hands-on experience managing endpoint devices using Intune or other MDM solutions.


Technical Skills:


    • Deep knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)
    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or similar for automation of tasks and system management.
    • Understanding Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related technologies.
    • Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and an understanding of network security concepts.
    • Knowledge and understanding of virtualization technologies, including Azure VDI, Windows 365, or VMware.

Certifications:


    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or a related field or equivalent practical experience.


This is a virtual role that can be located anywhere in the United States of America. Candidates must be available to work Eastern Standard (EST) time zone hours as required for business needs. Candidates must be able to travel up to 10%.
