Our Web Operations Specialist is accountable for:
- Ensuring Kelly’s global websites look great, perform well, and align with brand standards.
- Collaborating with talented teams across content, development, and marketing to keep our websites fresh, user-friendly, and compliant with regulations.
- Acting as the main point of contact for our global websites, ensuring they reflect our brand and meet user expectations.
- Working closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to support our overall business goals.
- Monitoring website performance, analyzing data, and recommending optimizations to improve the user experience.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:
- Experience in marketing, communications, and website design
- Excellent analytical skills with experience web metrics tools, preferably Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of systems management and CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress)
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and drive are critical
Seeking 1+ years of website management, online marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in both B2B and B2C environments
