Our Account Support Representative is accountable for: 

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention by analyzing account data and identifying trends.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Conducting regular account reviews to assess customer needs and recommend strategic solutions to improve service delivery.
  • Leading the development and execution of account-specific plans to drive customer success and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate account performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Providing expert guidance and training to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Negotiating and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners, to drive mutual success. 

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: 

  • Working to advanced knowledge in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing client accounts and tracking interactions.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to assist with client inquiries.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to generate reports and insights.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) to coordinate support tasks and timelines.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to client industries to advise on best practices.minimum of 3+ years of staffing experience required, preferably working within a manufacturing environment; understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding and off-boarding plus employment law is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex client issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally and drive team success.
  • Adaptability to quickly learn new tools and processes as needed.
