We are seeking an enthusiastic and solution-focused Talent Supply Chain Consultant to join our team supporting a key client in the Dublin area. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with our client to deliver expert guidance throughout the contingent recruitment process, ensuring seamless sourcing and management of temporary workers to meet the organization’s evolving and growing workforce needs.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, using your knowledge of workforce management. Your daily responsibilities will focus on providing consultative resourcing support, driving operational excellence, and contributing to the client’s ongoing growth and success.
As a Talent Supply Chain Consultant for our client, you will be accountable for:
Program and Operational Support
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide variety of temporary positions.
- Provide consultative expertise to hiring managers on all areas of the contingent resourcing process.
- Negotiate bill rates in line with market conditions.
- Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recommend tailored sourcing strategies.
- Monitor requisition progress and provide regular status updates.
- Stay current on relevant Irish labour laws and communicate any regulatory impacts to the program.
- Support financial operations, including timesheet and expense management, invoicing, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, maintaining a candidate-centric approach.
- Effectively prioritize multiple demands while maintaining a disciplined and detail-oriented approach.
Client, Program, and Supplier Management
- Ensure service excellence by meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Use benchmarking and competitive analysis to drive cost-effective hiring solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve service delivery challenges.
- Serve as the main contact for suppliers, escalating operational issues appropriately.
- Contribute valuable insights and expertise to annual supplier summits and regular supplier reviews.
- Educate and set expectations with stakeholders by leveraging client and market data, driving realistic recruiting timelines.
- Demonstrate initiative and independence in all aspects of the role.
- Lead supplier and hiring manager training sessions and participate in supplier scorecard preparation and review.
Technology Support
- Develop an in-depth understanding of KellyOCG’s MSP VMS technology and associated tools.
- Support the introduction of technology updates by providing training and overviews for both clients and suppliers.
Skills and Experience required:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within the contingent workforce and life sciences industry.
- Ability to think outside the box and be positive and creative with solutioning
- Proven track record in temporary labour resourcing, customer service, or SLA-driven environments.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical skills (e.g., MS Office, Internet, VMS tools).
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strategic relationships that enhance client and supplier engagement.
- Analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for data and process improvement opportunities.
- Ability to assess candidates using defined criteria and leverage program data to inform stakeholders and drive positive change.
- Current knowledge of Irish labour laws impacting contingent resourcing.
- Previous people management experience is preferred, or a strong willingness and capability to develop these skills.
- Professional-level proficiency in English is required.
Additional Requirements:
• Must be able to work in the Dublin (Dún Laoghaire) office 2 days per week.
