The Global Pricing Consultant will support the Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Business Unit, Sales, and Operations’ team to grow the practice areas of MSP, RPO, PPO, and Advisory Services. They will help craft responses to RFP/RFIs in order to align the best solution for the client, and secure new business globally for Kelly. This role will be client facing and is responsible for assessing customer requirements with internal sales partners; pricing and help design outsourcing solutions that engage the right service features and act as the Subject Matter Expert to effectively price outsourcing and consulting services for global customers and prospects. They will also assist in developing pricing strategies, programs and tools to support the company profitability objectives; develop systems/tools to close pricing information gaps regarding cost, customer and competition.

 

Our Senior Pricing Consultant is accountable for:    

  • Develop and implement strategic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing aligns with business objectives and product roadmaps.
  • Conduct regular pricing audits and reviews to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Lead pricing negotiations with key clients and stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on pricing best practices and methodologies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new pricing opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and present pricing recommendations to senior leadership and executive teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of pricing strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Consulting, Sales, Account Management, and/or Finance
  • Strong influencing skills to secure new business opportunities and organizational growth
  • Ability to understand financial concepts and make pricing decisions
  • Experience managing complex projects
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creativity
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills
  • Good understanding of the staffing and outsourcing industry
  • Ability to identify the best customer solutions
  • Attention to detail in proposals and presentations
  • Able to see the “big picture” with a long-term business view
  • Keeps up with important domestic and global trends impacting the business
  • Ability to travel within the region and globally

 

The annual base pay for this position is $92,400 to $123,200 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
