Location: This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in Latin America.
As a Senior Recruiter you’ll play a pivotal, client-facing role recruiting for salaried positions in the specialized water infrastructure industry. In this Recruiting On Demand (ROD) assignment, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for up to 25 open requisitions at any given time, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates from sourcing through to offer stage.
This is a 3-month initial contract with strong potential for extension, supporting regional and global hiring initiatives. You’ll work independently within a highly process-driven environment, leveraging creativity and strategy to attract hard-to-find talent. You’ll be the owner of your requisitions, and resourcefulness, and initiative are essential to succeed in this role.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the dedicated Recruiting On Demand (ROD) expert, managing full-cycle recruitment for salaried roles.
- Own the candidate journey from kick-off through offer, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and candidates.
- Build proactive recruitment strategies—using creative sourcing channels, competitive market research, and talent mapping across niche, hard-to-fill positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, translating complex job requirements into actionable search roadmaps.
- Advocate for both clients and candidates, effectively communicating market conditions and influencing outcomes.
- Maintain rigorous process compliance in Workday ATS, tracking activity, reporting on performance, and providing market intelligence.
- Engage candidates with professional written and verbal communication in English, providing timely feedback and building strong talent pipelines.
- Execute high-volume and high-quality recruiting activity, balancing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, global setting.
- Share critical recruitment metrics and progress through weekly status updates (preferred communication: Email).
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with a proven track record in ROD or high-volume environments.
- Experience recruiting for specialized or technical roles, ideally within infrastructure, engineering, or a related sector.
- Prior experience working fully in English, interfacing directly with U.S.-based hiring teams and candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage 20+ active requisitions, with high levels of organizational and operational rigor.
- Resourceful, creative, and comfortable developing novel strategies to source talent beyond traditional job boards.
- Exceptional client partnership skills, with the ability to advocate for candidates and advise hiring managers.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation, thriving in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
Preferred Skills & Background
- Prior experience in recruiting on demand (ROD) models or RPO/staffing agencies.
- Experience supporting hiring for water, infrastructure, or highly niche/regulated industries.
- Familiarity with market and compensation trends in Latin America and the U.S.
- Advanced sourcing techniques, including talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and pipeline management.
- Experience recruiting for global or multi-region roles within collaborative, distributed teams.
