Our Recruiter is accountable for:
 
* Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets

* Managing up to 30 open requisitions with competing priorities for multiple clients; demonstrating strong organization and flexibility to pivot as business needs change

* Delivering exceptional customer service, including handling walk-in candidates and collaborating with branch staff and hiring managers
* Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
* Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices
 
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
 
* Seeking a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse capacity required.

* Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
* Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency
* Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
* Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
* Situational adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing and/or ambiguous scenarios
* Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing
 
 
Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $24.66 – $32.88 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
