Our Sourcer is accountable for:

• Building and executing proactive sourcing strategies for KellyOCG clients, with a focus on identifying and engaging high-quality technical talent
• Supporting hiring needs across Digital, Autonomy, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machining, Embedded Software, and other advanced technology functions
• Identifying, attracting, and engaging passive candidates through direct outreach, market mapping, talent research, networking, and sourcing platforms
• Developing strong candidate pipelines aligned to current and future client hiring needs
• Partnering closely with recruiters and client stakeholders to understand role requirements, calibrate talent profiles, and adjust sourcing strategies based on market feedback
• Sharing talent market insights, candidate availability, and sourcing recommendations to support hiring decisions and stakeholder expectations
• Tracking sourcing activity, pipeline progress, and candidate engagement to support recruiting metrics and scorecard goals
• Delivering a thoughtful, professional candidate experience while helping build long-term talent communities

Essential Skills:

• Experience sourcing technical talent across Digital, Autonomy, Robotics, AI, Machining, Embedded Software, Engineering, or other advanced technology functions
• Strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates through sourcing tools, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, market research, networking, and direct outreach
• Experience supporting recruiting or sourcing activity in a fast-paced environment with multiple roles, priorities, and stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates
• Comfortable working in a data-driven environment and tracking sourcing activity, pipeline health, and candidate engagement
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• RPO experience is a plus

This position is fully remote and available only to candidates located in Argentina.
