Our Early Careers Recruiter is accountable for:

  • Managing the full-cycle recruiting process for internship, campus, and early career hiring programs across multiple business lines.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with universities, colleges, student organizations, and early-career talent communities to create diverse and sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Developing creative sourcing strategies to attract emerging talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, career fairs, campus partnerships, and social media.
  • Conducting phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experiences, career aspirations, and overall alignment with hiring needs.
  • Serving as a trusted recruiting partner by providing guidance and coaching to candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leaders to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Managing multiple high-volume requisitions while ensuring timely communication, exceptional organization, and an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Presenting offers, explaining compensation and benefits, addressing candidate questions, and supporting offer acceptance.
  • Maintaining accurate recruiting documentation, candidate activity, and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Supporting virtual and in-person recruiting events, campus outreach initiatives, information sessions, and employer branding activities.
  • Monitoring recruiting metrics and pipeline health while identifying opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Kelly by delivering a positive, inclusive, and professional experience for every candidate and hiring manager.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, oran equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 2+years of experience in recruiting, campus recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, sales, human resources, or a related field.
  • Passion for developing and connecting early-career talent with meaningful career opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, job boards, or other sourcing tools is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze candidate qualifications, identify transferable skills, and effectively match talent to business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating across recruiting teams and business partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and recruiting compliance.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning, coaching, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The hourly base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. $24.66–$32.88 per hour
