Our Recruiter is accountable for: 

Supporting the Americas RPO team of one of our clients across multiple operating companies, our Recruiter is responsible for executing full life cycle recruiting for manufacturing and warehouse-level roles with high-volume throughput and rapid changes in requirements. 

Accountabilities & Key Responsibilities: 

• Recruit, screen, and place candidates for manufacturing and warehouse positions across multiple operating companies, managing candidate intake with efficiency and speed. 
• Work directly with hiring managers across assigned operating companies (typically 2–3 entities), ensuring alignment with specific client needs and process-driven guidelines. 
• Successfully navigate a complex, process-oriented environment,remainingflexible and responsive as recruiting volume and priorities shift rapidly. 
• Maintain fair,equitable, and structured selection practices while keeping prospective candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process. Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences: 
• Demonstrated experience executing high-volume recruitment cycles (P2 level or higher backgroundrequired). 
• Fluent/Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal (critical priority). ? Ability to thrive in structured, process-driven, complex client environments with high situational adaptability to changing scenarios. 
• Prior experience recruiting within manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly desirable. 
• Continuous Improvement Alignment: Comfort with continuous improvement methodologies (such as Kaizen) and familiarity with multi-operating company structures is a plus. 

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience. 
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously. 
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits 

Base pay range for this position is $45 – $50 per hour.  Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
