Seeking a forward-thinking leader to shape how we build skills and capabilities, our Head of Learning & Development is responsible for the enterprise learning strategy and fostering a culture of continuous learning. This director-level role leads a team in delivering the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, including needs assessment, design, development, delivery, and measurement. 

 

The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of progressive Learning & Development experience, including leadership of enterprise learning initiatives and teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the vision, standard, and roadmap for learning and development –support organizational priorities, workforce performance, business strategy, and reinforce our culture 
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to identify skills and capability gaps, prioritize learning investments, and develop scalable and impactful learning solutions
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and professional development programs
  • Oversee learning delivery models, including internal teams and external learning vendors and partners
  • Establish learning governance and metrics that link learning investments to business and talent outcomes
  • Partner with other learning and readiness leaders to coordinate learning service delivery, standards, and execution across the enterprise
  • Use data and analytics to improve learning effectiveness, prioritize investments, and demonstrate ROI 
  • Lead, coach, and develop team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Development, including leadership experience
  • Deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning strategies and leadership development programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies
  • Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms; working knowledge of Workday is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build collaborative partnerships across business functions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Stellar analytical skills with experience using learning metrics and data to drive continuous improvement
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing Learning & Development teams
  • Demonstrated capability managing vendor relationships and learning budgets
  • Relevant certifications such as CPTD, ATD, SHRM, or HRCI are considered an asset

 

Location: Virtual, with travel as required

 

Base pay range for this position is $120,000-$160,000. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
