Location & Work Schedule 

  • Location: Remote - Argentina, Brazil, Peru
  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST or CST  

Our Senior Recruiter is accountable for:

  • Owning full-cycle recruiting across multiple business lines, ensuring a seamless and high-quality hiring process end-to-end
  • Leading high-volume recruiting efforts, particularly across internal talent acquisition, while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Managing a complex requisition load with strong prioritization, delivering consistent results against hiring targets and timelines
  • Building and executing proactive sourcing strategies, with a strong focus on identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent
  • Acting as a strategic partner to client stakeholders, conducting regular calibrations, sharing market insights, and advising on hiring strategy and expectations
  • Driving structured and efficient interview processes, ensuring alignment, fairness, and timely decision-making across stakeholders
  • Leveraging data and recruiting metrics to inform decisions, optimize performance, and continuously improve hiring outcomes
  • Delivering a strong and consistent candidate experience that reflects Kelly’s EVP and strengthens client partnerships

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume or operational hiring. 
  • Must have recruiting experience supporting the internal talent acquisition business function
  • Experience with and ability to find and attract passive talent
  • Experience with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems (Avature, Workday) and proficient experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment; Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively while exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality. 
  • Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
