Our On Site BPO Onsite Operations Supervisor is Accountable for:
Directs the ongoing daily activities of the assigned distribution facility assuring accurate accountability and efficient movement of product. . Support of corporate and contract objectives, financial, personnel and operational management at KOCG operations and including.
- Customer relations
- Day to day operational work
- Financial reporting
- Performance management and development of direct reports
- Growth Development Process / training
- Continuous Process Improvement
- Communication of KOCG initiatives
- Human resource assistance
Essential Skills:
- Support customer relations at operation through regular contact and communication with site customer
- Daily operations reporting
- Profit and loss statement review
- Manage employee and operational issues with assistance from HR
- Generate productivity reports as needed
- Assist with Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) events
- Conduct employee evaluations and development plans
- Provide coaching/counseling through Performance Improvement Plans and corrective actions
- Payroll processing and reporting
- Contract compliance
- Weekly operations reporting
Seeking a minimum of 5 yrs. in a people manager role
