The IT Security Engineer will protect and secure data across all Kelly systems. This includes data for all Kelly employees (FTE, temporary, contractors), Kelly acquisitions, company talent, vendors, suppliers, customers, and both business-to-business and business-to-consumer/talent services. 

*Investigating and responding to security incidents, including incident containment and recovery

*Support Kelly’s intrusion prevention systems, including capacity planning and operational support.

*Maintaining accurate documentation of design, configuration, and security processes.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

Information Security

*Direct experience with information security and data privacy principles (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

*Strong knowledge of standard information security tools and processes such as XDR, SIEM, Penetration Tests, Vulnerability Management etc.

*Microsoft Azure Information Security and Office 365 Toolsets

*Knowledge of Information Security frameworks including NIST, ISO27001

Networking:

*Minimum CCNA level networking experience, CCNP level preferred

*Knowledge of Intrusion Prevention/Intrusion Detection, Firewall configuration, management, support and engineering.

*Experience with Cisco Firepower, PaloAlto, Fortinet, or similar firewalls in an enterprise environment required

*Digital Certificate knowledge and experience
