KellyOCG is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Partner Manager to manage and grow relationships with technology partners, payroll/EOR and supply chain providers across the MSP / RPO landscape. This role will play a critical part in driving the strategic growth of our business by managing partner relationships, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful integration of partner products and services into our business operations.
The Partner Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and supply chain enablement / engagement, to ensure effective communication and the alignment of goals with our partners. The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of technical acumen, payroll/EOR and supply chain expertise to build and manage a diverse partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with technology, payroll/EOR and supply chain partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding partnerships and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and manage partner performance against agreed KPIs and business goals where applicable.
- Technology Partnerships:
- Collaborate with technology partners to understand and integrate their products and services into our offerings.
- Work closely with the operations and technology teams to ensure continued learning of technology evolution and assist in pro-active optimisation across programs to meet business requirements.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor solutions to identify areas for innovation and collaboration.
- Facilitate joint go-to-market activities, including joint marketing initiatives, product demos, and technical training.
- Payroll/EOR and Supply Chain Partnerships:
- Manage relationships with supply chain partners (e.g., suppliers, payroll/EOR organisations and potential Human Cloud / Gig platforms).
- Collaborate with supply chain organisations to continually bring best practice to our operators, optimise processes and reduce costs where applicable.
- Act as a supplier champion and ensure that our key providers are engaged and aware of opportunities across our business portfolio
- Support the Supply Chain Enablement and Engagement teams where needed on regional initiatives
- Support HR with the resolution of issues and escalations with KellyOCG Payroll/EOR partner and facilitate QBR’s
- Drive partner satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and regular engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams to align partner capabilities with organisational goals and customer needs.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams regarding market trends, partner performance, and customer feedback.
- Assist in creating joint business plans with partners, ensuring mutual growth and value.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in partner management, including both technology and supply chain sectors.
- Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with technology vendors, suppliers, and payroll/EOR partners.
- Experience in lead generation and strategic negotiations.
- Strong understanding of industry and technology trends within the MSP / RPO ecosystem.
- Familiarity with VMS / ATS systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll/EOR solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
- Occasional travel may be required to meet with partners or attend industry events.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate time zones of global partners.
