Our In House Temporary Technical Sourcer is accountable for:

• Leading and successfully running the sourcing process to build strong candidate pipelines
• Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully
• Sourcing and identifying passive candidates to build teams through the use of boolean, online job boards and tools, and unique sourcing techniques.
• Identifying & resolving potential challenges and risks
• Routinely meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates, share market data, adjust strategy, set expectations, and drive the hire/no hire decision

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• RPO experience is a plus
• Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment and ability to meet and/or exceed scorecard targets 
• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills
• Proven experience recruiting and sourcing for multiple positions 
• Effective communicator, adaptable interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skills 

Seeking minimum of 2+ years of technical sourcing experience with proficiency using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office.
