Kelly's Senior Endpoint Engineer will handle advanced responsibilities that mix technical skills, strategic thinking, and teamwork. The primary responsibility will be managing and improving the endpoint management platform, ensuring solutions are thoroughly tested, easy to maintain, and optimized to improve device performance and user experience.

• 
  
  • Deep knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or similar for automation of tasks and system management.
  • Advanced understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and an understanding of network security concepts.
  • Understanding virtualization technologies, including Azure VDI, Windows 365, or VMware.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences: 

• 
  
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support or endpoint management.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), or similar tools.
  • Advanced hands-on experience managing endpoint devices using Intune or other MDM solutions.

Certifications:

• 
  
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
