Our HR Talent Care Manager is responsible for: 

Overseeing and enhancing the daily operations of the HR function across all BPO PNI client locations. This role ensures the efficient delivery of HR services, compliance with policies and regulations, and the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes. The ideal candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on operational excellence, employee experience, and alignment with BPO Semiconductor organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR case investigations, risks and escalations for both full-time and temporary employees promptly, ensuring strict confidentiality throughout the process.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies in all client locations.
  • Revise employee policies and procedures to reflect the client's work environment and the specific requirements of the BPO projects.
  • Oversee HR data management, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to HR Generalist direct reports, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR best practices.
  • Partner with Corporate HR, Client HR, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and other key departments to streamline and align cross-functional processes, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager to support employee relations by advising managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment.
  • Drive cadence and accountability across the HR case life cycle by monitoring case progress, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and proactively identifying bottlenecks. Generate and analyze reports and metrics on case closure timelines, while upholding strict standards of confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Design, implement, and deliver leadership training programs that align with both Human Resources and operational objectives, fostering Operation Manager development, enhancing organizational performance, and supporting BPO strategic business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience.
  • Act as a primary liaison and representative for Operations Managers in addressing escalated employee relations issues and challenges.

Requirements: 

  • 5-6 years of progressive experience in professional HR or a similar position.
  • This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of both operations and HR functions, and the ability to manage change effectively within our growing organization.
