Our Sr. Healthcare Recruiter (Government) is responsible for:

Identifying and attracting high-caliber physicians (and potentially PAs, NPs, and nurses) to fill critical positions within our federal partnerships. You'll leverage your strong sourcing skills and industry knowledge to build a robust talent pipeline and ensure we have the best people on board to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of progressive recruitment experience (prior healthcare recruitment experience required).

• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting physicians with exposure to Locum Tenens positions required.
