Join our international Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Portugal or anywhere in EMEA! 

We are looking for a technically advanced Enterprise Data Analyst to support enterprise-level procurement and staffing operations. This role requires strong expertise in VMS data extraction, Power BI dashboarding, and advanced data transformation. The ideal candidate will bring experience across analytics tools, coding languages, and enterprise procurement environments — driving actionable insights from complex, multi-source datasets.

Enterprise Data Analyst is accountable for:

• VMS Data Integration & Reporting: Interact directly into Vendor Management Systems (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline) to extract and model requisition, spend, and performance data.
• Advanced Dashboard Development (Power BI): Design, develop, and maintain scalable, interactive dashboards with strong UX/UI design, incorporating DAX measures, slicers, and drill-throughs.
• Procurement & Staffing Analytics: Analyze contingent labor trends, supplier behaviors, fulfillment efficiency, and category spend to deliver actionable business insights.
• Data Engineering & Transformation: Use Power Query, Python, or SQL to clean, transform, and join datasets across multiple systems. Build robust data models that support self-service BI.
• Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations to define KPIs, align on reporting needs, and support executive decision-making.
• Automation & Efficiency: See opportunities to automate recurring data workflows and reduce manual effort through scripting, APIs, or data pipeline improvements.

Skills and experience required:

• 3+ years of experience in a data-centric role within procurement, staffing, or enterprise services.
• Power BI expertise: Proven track record to build enterprise-grade reports using DAX, measures, calculated columns, and Power Query.
• SQL proficiency: Ability to write optimized queries, join large datasets, and support back-end data logic.
• Python or R experience for data manipulation and automation workflows.
• Experience working with VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) and understanding procurement/staffing program data.
• Familiarity with cloud data tools like Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or BigQuery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong data storytelling and communication skills with the ability to present to executive-level customers.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience building data pipelines or ETL workflows.
• Background in supplier scorecarding, SLA tracking, or procurement compliance reporting.
• Knowledge of REST APIs or integration tools for connecting external systems.
