Our Creative Job Post Writer is accountable for: 

• Engaging new job seekers who have applied on the Kelly Now platform

• Searching for open client positions in Bullhorn and to craft innovative, descriptive, compelling job postings
• Data management including organizing posted templates, updating and sorting data, and generating reports as required

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experiences: 

• Expertise with creative and professional writing  
• Proficiency in Bullhorn within a Recruiter/Sourcing/Employee Support capacity required
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite required
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks 
• Strong sense of urgency
• Strong research skills to evaluate and leverage clients' value propositions to craft postings

Seeking minimum of 1 year of recruiting, onboarding or sourcing experience required

Shift: Monday - Friday:  8am - 5pm

Salary range: $54k - $58k/yr. plus benefits and PTO
