Kelly Services Senior Quality Engineer will support testing enterprise SaaS platforms such as Workday, Bullhorn, and related integrated systems. In this role, you'll apply your testing expertise to drive system quality and reliability across critical business processes.

• Define and execute test plans, strategies, and risk-based test cases for system features and configurations. 
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and adoption of testing tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with product and architectural goals 
• Conduct thorough functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across SaaS-based platforms (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn). 
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, validating service interactions and data exchange. 
• Manage the full defect lifecycle: log, track, report, and validate resolution of issues . 
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with test data setup, scenario execution, and defect triage. 
• Document test cases, test results, and test coverage in tools such as ADO, JIRA. 
• Contribute to release readiness activities including smoke testing, deployment validation, and production health checks. 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences:  

• 10+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance lead roles. 
• Familiarity with SaaS systems and business workflows across HR, Finance, or Recruiting domains. 
• Experience testing enterprise platforms like Workday, Bullhorn, Salesforce, or similar. 
• Proficiency with QA tools such as JIRA, ALM, Xray, TestRail, and Postman. 
• Experience with cloud platforms.  

Nice to Have: 

• Exposure to test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. 
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation and troubleshooting. 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. 
• API testing tools beyond Postman (e.g., ReadyAPI, Swagger).
