Our PeopleSoft Senior Software QA Analyst will be accountable for:

• Designing, executing, and maintaining structured test plans and test cases for PeopleSoft HCM modules (HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor)

• Validating payroll and time processing accuracy for both U.S. and Canadian tax compliance

• Collaborating with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and test customizations

• Conducting thorough end-to-end testing, identifying and logging defects in Azure DevOps

• Assessing and testing vendor-delivered tax patches and software updates

• Providing input and estimates for QA timelines, and reporting progress
  
  

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• 7–9 years of Quality Assurance experience with PeopleSoft HCM, including strong functional understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor modules

• Hands-on experience processing time and payroll, with deep knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll tax structures

• Strong working knowledge of SQL for data validation and query building

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with business users and technical teams

• Experience creating detailed test plans and scenarios, executing test cases, and documenting results

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar defect-tracking tools

• Proven ability to learn complex system customizations and work independently on multiple priorities
