Our PeopleSoft Senior Software QA Analyst will be accountable for:
Designing, executing, and maintaining structured test plans and test cases for PeopleSoft HCM modules (HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor)
Validating payroll and time processing accuracy for both U.S. and Canadian tax compliance
Collaborating with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and test customizations
Conducting thorough end-to-end testing, identifying and logging defects in Azure DevOps
Assessing and testing vendor-delivered tax patches and software updates
Providing input and estimates for QA timelines, and reporting progress
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
7–9 years of Quality Assurance experience with PeopleSoft HCM, including strong functional understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor modules
Hands-on experience processing time and payroll, with deep knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll tax structures
Strong working knowledge of SQL for data validation and query building
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with business users and technical teams
Experience creating detailed test plans and scenarios, executing test cases, and documenting results
Familiarity with Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar defect-tracking tools
Proven ability to learn complex system customizations and work independently on multiple priorities
