The Senior Recruiter is accountable for:
As a member of an international team of recruiters and sourcers in the field of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), you will be working directly with our client, a purpose driven science and technology leader in EMEA region. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process for IT professionals.
Your core tasks include:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend recruitment needs and devise effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Foster and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Aid in organizing recruitment events such as job fairs and networking events.
- Keep abreast of recruitment trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes continually.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- 5 years plus Sourcing and Recruitment experience preferably in IT/Cyber Security environment and Life Science industry
- Service-oriented mindset and experience dealing with customers
- Stakeholder Management experience
- Self-assured yet friendly manner and outstanding communication skills
- Reliable working methods, enjoyment of working with a high degree of autonomy
- You communicate at a professional level in English, German & Polish
