Our Contract Coordinator is accountable for:
- Managing the Contracts Team mailbox by addressing inquiries, analyzing information, and directing requests appropriately
- Handling administrative duties for Contracts Team attorneys, including meetings coordination and travel management
- Supporting special corporate projects as a legal representative and advisor
- Providing corporate, transactional, and compliance support to the Contracts Team under legal counsel's direction
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
- Associate’s degree with a focus on paralegal education preferred
- 2 years of experience handling contracts and contract structures
- Experience managing and prioritizing client requests
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Contract Lifecycle Management software (DocuSign CLM preferred)
