Our Sr. Implementation Consultant is accountable for:

• Provide subject matter expert- level design consultation, in the translation of customer requirements and processes, to a supportable solution and Technology configuration.
• Prepare and deliver program documentation, including but not limited to: Kick Off Presentations, Reporting, Surveys, Quick Reference Guides, Program Manual, Program Requirements Design
• Lead client Discovery Sessions from a business process, technology, and data perspective.
• Document future state Business Process and Technology Configuration requirements to successfully implement solution delivery and drive on time program launch.
• Manage responsible Project workstream and execute all deliverables & milestones accordingly
• Leading new and evolving client programs through periods of change by developing and deploying clear and efficient communication plans.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Large-scale program or project implementation experience.
• Able to apply change management methodology to a diverse set of projects and stakeholders to drive sustainable transformation.
• Flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
• Willing to address sensitive or politically charged issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Ability to integrate quickly and contribute to a team environment.
