Our Senior Technical Sourcer is responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring there is the right talent pipeline to support our rapid growth. As a Sourcer, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop strategic sourcing plans, and actively engage with both passive and active candidates. This position is critical in helping to find the best candidates for roles across R&D, engineering, operations, supply chain, and corporate functions.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates for critical technical and corporate roles, ensuring a continuous flow of top talent.
  • Candidate Engagement: Engage and nurture relationships with passive candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining interest for future opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Recruiters: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies tailored to different roles.
  • Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and labor market conditions to improve sourcing strategies.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial outreach and screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with client’s values and requirements.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key sourcing metrics such as pipeline growth, candidate response rates, and quality of hire, providing insights to optimize sourcing efforts.
  • Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by actively promoting client’s mission, culture, and career opportunities in interactions with potential candidates.
     
     

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Library Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably for technical, manufacturing, or corporate roles.
  • Expertise in Boolean search methods
  • Familiarity with AI powered tools that streamline the sourcing process (candidate matching and data analysis)
  • Proficiency in sourcing through various channels, including Phenom CRM, LinkedIn, social media platforms, job boards, and networking.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Workday and/or candidate relationship management tools.
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
