As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our Customer, a Global leader in life sciences and diagnostics you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage interview scheduling across multiple platforms (e.g., Workday, Outlook, Teams).
  • Leverage tools such as Power BI, Textio, and SharePoint to enhance efficiency and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports to track TA activity.
  • Weekly and Monthly reporting on recruitment activity to support audit process ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
  • Own the end-to-end vendor invoicing and procurement management process for indirect vendors across EMEA.
  • Support and test new AI-driven features (e.g., automated interview requests).
  • Identify and recommend process improvements through automation and digital tools.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience in a professional setting, with a strong emphasis on customer service and administrative support. Previous experience in a recruiting environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems (e.g., Workday, ATS platforms) and MS Office tools.
  • Experience working with data dashboards or reporting tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Fluent English.
