Our Talent Advisor is accountable for delivering frontline support to clients and employees, ensuring seamless program execution and operational excellence, with responsibilities including:

  • Implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, redeployment, retention, and skill development, performance, and growth
  • Delivering essential safety, compliance, and process updates to the workforce
  • Driving continuous improvement through feedback analysis, engagement insights, and process optimization
  • Ensuring high-quality service delivery while managing client engagement and safeguarding contractual processes

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an onsite employee management capacity
  • Proficiency of HR / staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language 
  • Proven capability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of stakeholders
