We are supporting a major hiring initiative for a new large-scale advanced manufacturing facility and seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join the effort. This is a high-impact opportunity within a fast-moving program. While the role is primarily virtual, onsite collaboration in Michigan is encouraged when possible to deepen connections with hiring teams. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-priority roles across technical, operational, and skilled trade functions.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver best-fit talent.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies targeting both active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiting coordinators and fellow recruiters to ensure a smooth, efficient process.
• Track and report on hiring metrics to support program success.

What We’re Looking For: 

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, technical, or operational environments.
• Proven ability to deliver results in high-volume or large-scale hiring projects.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Work Environment: 

• Virtual-first with flexibility to travel to Michigan for onsite collaboration (ideally monthly or as business needs require).
