We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to support one of our global clients. This role is remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while partnering closely with dynamic, fast-paced business teams across a variety of functions.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to understand business needs and deliver top talent across non-technical roles.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
- Build consultative relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and interview best practices.
- Maintain accurate and compliant data in the ATS while providing regular status updates to talent acquisition leadership and business partners.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely follow-ups and acting as an ambassador for the client’s employer brand.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within corporate, administrative, operations, or general business environments.
- Proven success managing mid-to-senior level roles and sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Experience operating with high autonomy, balancing multiple requisitions, and driving results in fast-paced environments.
- Strong ability to partner with and influence hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools (experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred).
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and promoting a strong employer brand.

- Location: Remote (client-provided laptop and tools).
- Engagement Model: RPO partnership, working closely with a global talent solutions team.
