Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Copenhagen, Denmark!

 

As a member of an international team of recruiters and sourcers in the field of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), you will be working directly with our client, a Purpose driven science and technology leader in EMEA region. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process covering graduates/blue and white collar roles. Your core tasks include briefing calls with our client and autonomous candidate selection, screening applications documents and conducting interviews and scheduling Hiring Manager interviews. You are responsible for precise documentation of your selection decisions, whilst supporting both the candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, up to steps such as the administration of candidate offers and contracts. As one of our first points of client contact, you are in regular exchange with the Hiring Managers. You will be primarily responsible for Denmark and other European countries.
 

Our Talent Acquisition Partner is accountable for:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to comprehend recruitment needs and devise effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilising various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.
  • Screening resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  • Arranging and managing interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Assisting in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on relevant platforms.
  • Managing candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Fostering and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Aiding in organising recruitment events such as job fairs and networking events.
  • Keeping abreast of recruitment trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes continually.
     
     

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in volume hiring or agency recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise workload efficiently.
  • Proficiency in utilising recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Fluency in Danish and English.

 

 

This position comes with a one-year fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension).
