Join our international MSP Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Telford, UK!   

 

The Central Support Coordinator is accountable for:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers
  • Work with Hiring Managers as the need arises to discuss and build requests
  • Respond to emails and queries from Suppliers regarding the request
  • Work with the Hiring Managers and Suppliers to process and handle any work order updates and/or revisions, including all e-tool updates
  • Handle in house applications
  • Data input
  • Data manipulation
  • Handle all on and off-boarding activities for all new starters
  • Create and monitor Purchase Order’s

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • You will have worked in a customer-facing role and have good admin skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident with Video Calls
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Excellent skills with - internet, Windows, email and MS Word
  • English language skills, written and verbal
  • Good organizational skills

 

Seeking at least 2 years of experience in administration and customer service.
