We’re seeking a UI/UX Developer to lead the redesign of our analytics platform’s navigation and overall user experience. This is a highly visible role where you’ll audit current tools, define role-based access levels, and create a streamlined, modern interface that enhances usability for recruiters, leaders, and clients.

This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located in LATAM (Brazil or Argentina).

What You’ll Do

• Audit the current UI and navigation of our analytics platform to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Define role-based feature access to ensure the right users have the right tools.

• Design clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces for data-heavy applications.

• Create proposals and present design recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

• Implement approved UI/UX changes in collaboration with front-end engineers and other technical team members.

• Engage with stakeholders regularly through Teams meetings and ad hoc touchpoints to align on progress and priorities.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

• Strong proficiency with front-end design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React experience is a plus).

• A portfolio showcasing clean, modern UI/UX design work, ideally for data-heavy applications.

• Experience conducting UX audits and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and a consultative approach to improving user experience.

Work Environment & Compensation

• Location: Remote, LATAM preferred (Brazil or Argentina).

• Travel: Not required but may occur occasionally for special initiatives.

• Engagement Model: Six-month to one-year contract with strong potential to transition to a long-term role.
