We’re seeking a UI/UX Developer to lead the redesign of our analytics platform’s navigation and overall user experience. This is a highly visible role where you’ll audit current tools, define role-based access levels, and create a streamlined, modern interface that enhances usability for recruiters, leaders, and clients.
This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located in LATAM (Brazil or Argentina).
What You’ll Do
Audit the current UI and navigation of our analytics platform to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Define role-based feature access to ensure the right users have the right tools.
Design clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces for data-heavy applications.
Create proposals and present design recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Implement approved UI/UX changes in collaboration with front-end engineers and other technical team members.
Engage with stakeholders regularly through Teams meetings and ad hoc touchpoints to align on progress and priorities.
What You’ll Need
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
Strong proficiency with front-end design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React experience is a plus).
A portfolio showcasing clean, modern UI/UX design work, ideally for data-heavy applications.
Experience conducting UX audits and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
Strong problem-solving mindset and a consultative approach to improving user experience.
Work Environment & Compensation
Location: Remote, LATAM preferred (Brazil or Argentina).
Travel: Not required but may occur occasionally for special initiatives.
Engagement Model: Six-month to one-year contract with strong potential to transition to a long-term role.
