Our Operations Coordinator (Central Operations Support) is accountable for: 

  • Requisition creation and management  
  • On-boarding and off-boarding Contractors 
  • Auditing work orders and time/expense documents for accurate invoicing information
  • Client, Program, and Supplier Management  
  • Profile Worker Management   

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences: 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices
