We believe that building powerful teams starts with recruiters who understand both the pace and depth of technical hiring. We’re partnering with a fast-moving, product-led client and are looking for an experienced, strategic Senior Technical Recruiter to drive hiring for mobile and web engineering roles across product-facing teams. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the U.S.


What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for mobile and web engineering roles (including iOS, Android, Front-End, and Full-Stack Engineers).

  • Partner closely with product and engineering leaders to define hiring needs, shape search strategies, and align on interview processes.

  • Source and engage top product-focused engineering talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and developer networks.

  • Lead the candidate experience from first contact to offer close — ensuring transparency, speed, and engagement throughout.

  • Track and communicate key recruiting metrics (funnel conversion, time-to-hire, offer acceptance, etc.) to influence decisions and demonstrate impact.

  • Maintain organized pipelines and data accuracy across ATS and sourcing platforms.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally at the D3 level or equivalent, with a strong focus on mobile and web product engineering.

  • Deep understanding of iOS, Android, Front-End, and Full-Stack technical profiles and product-facing development teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to discuss recruiting metrics, interpret data, and translate insights into action for hiring managers.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and partnership-building skills.

  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.

  • Proactive, organized, and driven by quality and measurable results.
