Our Account Manager (full desk) is accountable for:
- Developing and advancing strong relationships with customer end users (principals, administration, superintendents, board members, etc.) by understanding their individual business and overall staffing needs.
- Proactively identifying and implement work processes that improve speed, productivity, efficiency, cost, and/or the customer experience.
- Overseeing the temporary workforce including, but not limited to, marketing, full cycle recruiting, sourcing, turnover, coaching, counseling, terminations, co-employment, investigations, acting as appropriate
- Documenting vital information and completing thorough reports
- Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations, and educational centers
Essential Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in staffing, human resources, incidence response, talent management, and/or client account management
- Understanding HR/staffing practices such as ADA, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, contract language, etc. preferred
- History of success in account strategy and management
- Self-motivated with keen sense of prioritization, time management
- Highly organized, efficient at multi-tasking, and strong follow-through skills required; candidates must be able to see projects through from start to completion
- MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 30% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events are also required
- This is an onsite role at a local district office in Okeechobee, FL, 4 days in office and 1 day out in community per week
