We’re partnering with a cutting-edge semiconductor client and are looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter (Contract) to help us hire the minds behind tomorrow’s technology. This is a 3–6 month contract (with potential to extend) supporting our client onsite in San Jose, CA with a hybrid schedule. 

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with client leadership to understand technical, high-volume, and semiconductor-focused hiring needs.

  • Build strong, diverse pipelines across engineering, hardware, and manufacturing functions.

  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, using insights and data to guide hiring decisions and influence strategy.

  • Drive creative sourcing strategies using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, cold outreach, and niche-market techniques.

  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience while maintaining accurate ATS documentation (Workday, SuccessFactors).


Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technical, hardware, engineering, or semiconductor environments.

  • Proven high-volume recruiting capability with strong passive sourcing and pipeline-building skills.

  • English written and spoken professional proficiency.

  • Ability to partner with hiring managers and HRBPs with professionalism and strong business acumen.

  • Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to use data to drive hiring decisions and pipeline strategy.

Compensation: $61,575 – $82,100 USD annually
