Our Senior Talent Supply Chain Consultant provides expertise to hiring managers for the facilitation of procuring the services of temporary and/or contract employees to meet a client’s current workforce need and is responsible for:
- Perform consultation call with hiring managers and supply chain to assess needs and determine best sourcing strategies to ensure acquisition of the best talent
- Utilization of procurement technologies to facilitate fulfilment of role and move requisition through client’s internal processes
- Supports the financial processes related to timecard & expense management, invoicing, corrections, and negotiate bill rates to ensure they are aligned to market rates
- Monitors and updates KPIs, scorecards, and other reports
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Understand how Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement and service delivery and how scorecards are impacted
- Proficiency in data analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Strong project and program management skills to oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives
- Strong knowledge of SR. VMS technology to be able to operate efficiently and trouble-shoot issues when client or suppliers escalate
- Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and garner support for strategic initiatives
- Seeking minimum of 5+ years of client and program management experience, with the ability to master procurement technology tools, manage client facing interactions, and provide guidance on different delivery solutions.
