Our Sourcing Consultant will work alongside our Internal Talent Acquisition team in a global capacity, building talent pipelines, engaging passive talent, and supporting our scheduling and onboarding activities.


This role is responsible for the execution of recruitment fulfillment, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and driving the delivery of high-quality talent to our internal stakeholders.


The Sourcing Consultant will play a crucial role in shaping our go-to-market strategies, with a strong emphasis on delivering a white-glove service to our candidates.


This role must be based in Brazil


Responsibilities:

  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture talent pools across all ETM functions to ensure engaged pipelines for current and future needs.

  • Candidate Experience & Engagement: Implement innovative sourcing strategies, strengthen candidate pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences, as measured by candidate NPS.

  • Coordination: Support interview scheduling and onboarding activities, providing candidates with timely, real-time updates on status and progress.

  • Leadership & Strategy: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to support strategic initiatives, adhere to operating and service-level agreements, and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Operational Performance & Efficiency: Monitor requisition performance trends and apply data-driven insights to adjust sourcing and business-line strategies.

  • Governance: Ensure recruitment fulfillment activities align with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and business guidelines to maintain operational integrity and minimize risk.


Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience Talent Acquisition experience

  • Global Talent Acquisition experience, with proven background supporting both the EMEA and Americas regions

  • Proven experience working on strategic sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines and nurturing talent pools

  • Experience supporting onboarding activities for candidates, inclusive of checking status and providing candidate updates

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally

  • Leadership and people management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify strategic sourcing opportunities. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
