Kelly’s Account Manager is responsible for:

  • Client strategy inclusive of client relationships,sales, service delivery, and growth of assigned accounts tied to specific growth targets, including calling on hiring managers, MSP PMOs, and key client stakeholders
  • Owning overall account performance, including responsibility for P&L, gross profit, contribution, and program optimization
  • Serving as a subject matter expert within the assigned business unit/domain and partnering cross-functionally to support new business growth
  • Managing key client relationships and collaborating with account management teams across Kelly business units across a portfolio of multiple clients
  • Expanding usage of core business andadditionalKelly service lines across client locations byidentifyinggrowth opportunities and developing support strategies, including selling talent acquisition solutions such as staffing and workforce solutions
  • Establishing and managing client Statements of Work (SOWs), including change requests,where applicable and in partnership with theappropriate Kellydelivery teams
  • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews
  • Supporting MSP relationships, vendor coordination, and on-site client engagement as needed,with experienceoperatingas a vendor within MSP programs strongly preferred

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

  • 7+ years of experience managing a portfolio of staffing or workforce solutions accounts, including responsibility for account growth and expansion
  • Proven experience supporting complex client environments, including MSP or multi-vendor programs,with experience working with MSPs as a vendorrequired; experience managing an MSP program preferred
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance, understand profitability drivers, and implement growth strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal partners and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to balance client demands with internal delivery capabilities and operational priorities
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote model with periodic travel to client sites, including Houston, as business needs require;preference for candidateslocatedin the Gulf region (LA or TX), ideally Houston


Base pay range for this position is $92,400 to $123,200 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
